As our way of saying thank you for placing an order with us, you will receive Free Shipping with orders of $300 or more. Free shipping is for Regsitered Australia Post and within Australia only and only applies to retail customers. Free shipping will be calculated automatically on orders totalling over $300.
Shipping All orders are securely packaged so that all products arrive as they left; in perfect condition. This is charged when going through the checkout process. Regular registered post $9.50 Express registered post $15.00
To ensure your products arrive safely, a signature is required on receipt for both modes of shipping. Should there be no one at the shipping address given at time of delivery, Australia Post will leave notification that a package is awaiting collection at your local post office. How long will my package take to get to me? As a general rule, please allow up to 2 weeks from the time your order begins processing to the time you receive your package. This may vary according to stock levels, whether you are ordering a regular or personalised item and your payment type. Should there be a delay with your order, you will be notified of this. Please note: For items in "Lingerie" section that are not in stock with our supplier, please allow up to 5 weeks for delivery. Please note: If the customer supplies an incorrect address and goods are returned to I Do Dzynz, the delivery fee is payable to have the good re-shipped. Please contact us should this occur.
Returns How do I return an item to I Do Dzynz?
We will happily exchange faulty or incorrect goods (please note swimwear / underwear cannot be returned). Please contact us if you require an exchange on 02 9674 2243 or info@idodzynz.com.au To receive an exchange the item MUST - - Have been arranged with I Do Dzynz prior to returning goods. - Be returned to I Do Dzynz within 7 days of the shipping date (items returned after this date will not be honoured). - Be returned in unworn and perfect condition. - Be shipped back to us via registered post with the package securely wrapped. (Goods lost in transit cannot be honoured). Please note: Replacement items cannot be shipped until Exchange items are received by I Do Dzynz. I Do Dzynz do not refund initial shipping charges. I Do Dzynz do not exchange if goods have been damaged or soiled by the customer. The customer is responsible to check the fit of an item when ordering (Please check the size chart provided when ordering). I Do Dzynz are not responsible for goods lost in transit if being returned for exchange and cannot honour exchange in this instance. Sorry, no exceptions. What about Personalised Items?Personalised items cannot be exchanged unless we have made an error in the personalisation, or the garment is faulty. If the details supplied for personalisation are incorrect, the charge for the item will be payable again to remake the item. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding personalisation. Are all your products in stock?Our products are all in stock on most occasions, however, there may be occurrences of an item being out of stock. If the item you are ordering is backordered and will cause delay to your order, I Do Dzynz will advise you of this. How do I care for my garment?
Wash per instructions on label. Do not iron decorated area. Swimwear - Rinse thouroughly after each use to remove pool and lotion chemicals which can harm the elasticicty and colour of your suit. Cold hand wash seperately. Do not bleach, soak, rub or wring. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Use in a spa is not recommended. Bright colours may fade. Avoid rough surfaces.
