How do I place an order?

Ordering online is easy! All you have to do is browse through the products, by choosing one of the categories options on the left; and when you see something you like, just click on the "Buy Now" button.

This puts the product in your Cart - you can keep an eye on your running total in the "Cart Contents" box on the right hand side of the screen. You can put as many products as you like in your Cart then, when you are finished, just click on "Checkout".

If you are a new customer you will need to fill in your name and address details otherwise you can simply login with your username and password.
.....then in no time you will receive your package of gorgeous products to your door!

I am nervous about ordering online and giving my credit card details?

Credit card payments are done securely via PayPal, but if you would prefer not to use your credit card, that is no problem!

All you need to do place the products you want in your Shopping Cart, go to the Checkout, enter all your information, and choose "Bank Transfer Payment" or "Money Order" as your payment option. You can then transfer your payment via your bank or send us a money order.

If you don't want to order online at all, you can place your order by phone on 02 9674 2243. (Only bank transfer payments or money order can be accepted for phone/email orders at this time)

What if I don't have a credit card?

We've got that one covered too! If you don't have a credit card you can choose other payment options such as Bank Transfer Payment or Money Order.

Your order will begin processing when payment has been received. Please make payment within 14 days of placing the order otherwise the order will be returned to stock.
